HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE INQUIRY/ITEM CONCERN:

Please email shoptigercherry@gmail.com and be sure to include; your first/last name, order number, reason for inquiry and a photo of the item. 

We respond to emails within a 48 business hour time period. PLEASE DO NOT send back merchandise without approval. You will need to pay a reshipping fee to get it back or receive store credit minus a 20% restock fee. 

We are taking extra sanitary precautions to ensure the safety our our staff and customers!

 

INCORRECT OR APPEARED TO BE DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or incorrect please email shoptigercherry@gmail.com and be sure to include *your first/last name, order number and a photo of the item*. Email inquiries on damages or incorrect items must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item.  Any items reported after 48 hours will not be accepted for review. If your item appears to be worn, it will automatically be rejected.

 

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at shoptigercherry@gmail.com with all exchange details prior to sending your item back. Approved exchange items must be in the same condition they were received and returned in original packaging/tags. The items CANNOT be EXPEMPT, worn or show any evidence of tampering/physical wear.

We imply this rule to ensure our customers NEVER receive previously worn/tried on clothing received by another customer.

If you send back a non approved exchange you will receive store credit automatically minus a 20% restock fee. 

Exchange shipping costs are at the expense of the customer to mail the item back to our facility. *ALL shipping costs are nonrefundable.*

 

RETURNS:

We do not process refunds to original payment. All approved returns are issued full store credit for the price paid. Items desired to be returned must be UNWORN and NON EXEMPT. All returns must be sent back to our return address within 14 days of receiving the item.
